How To Use Sea Moss

• Sea moss gel lasts 3-4 weeks if kept in refrigerator. 

• Store in mason jar, bowl, or cups. Leaving the container without a lid is recommended but not required. 

• Sea moss has no taste, it has a smell of the sea. 

• You can also freeze sea moss gel and it will last a year (do not freeze in glass jar) if freezing, place in freezer safe container.

 

Discard if sea moss begins to smell vile.
